Summertrand wellness centre has two qualified biokineticists and one fitness trainer who specializes in injury prevention and injury rehabilitation. We are also the official practice for the Iron man that performs their strapping and taping. (Pre-event, inter-event and post event)

I (Marika Gerber) have been involved with rugby clubs since 1998. I helped with fitness testing for the president’s team and the u21 for two years. I was the practicing biokineticist for crusaders rugby club and was assisting them with taping and strapping and first aid for three years. I am currently practicing from my practice which has been on the run for ten years.
